Ingredients – Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips, Sea salt, Almond Flour, Coconut oil, Maca powder, Vanilla essence, maple syrup, walnuts, dates, and finally, cacao powder. 

Step 1 – Mix all your cookie ingredients in a bowl. That is the almond flour, sea salt, coconut oil, maca powder, and vanilla essence. Fold the chocolate chips nicely into the mixture. Once done, press them evenly into a pan. Place this into the freezer and allow it to firm up a little bit. 

Step 2 – For the Cacao layer, add your walnuts, dates, and cacao powder into a mixer grinder and grind them until smooth. Using a food processor would work too. 

Step 3 – Take out the cookie layer and spread the cacao layer on top of it evenly. 

Step 4 – Sprinkle a little sea salt on the top of the cacao layer and place it in the freezer again to firm up. Freezing for about 30 minutes is enough. 

Cut them into squares and voila! Peanut butter cookie bars are ready. 

Easy Vegan Dessert Recipes – Vegan Ice Cream

Note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe. Make sure to freeze the base of the ice cream maker 12 hours prior. 

Ingredients – 14 ounces of full-fat coconut milk, Pure maple syrup, Tahini, cherries. 

Step 1 – In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, tahini, and maple syrup. If you feel that your coconut milk is chunky, you can always mix the ingredients in a blender. 

Step 2 – Now pour this mixture together in an ice cream maker and churn until the mixture is thick. This might take about 20 minutes approximately. 

Step 3 – You can add the cherries to the mixture or add them later as toppings, suit yourself. You can also have any other toppings like chocolate chips or butterscotch. 

Step 4 – Evenly spread out the mixture in a pan and freeze for about 1 or 2 hours. 

Scoop out delicious vegan ice cream and enjoy!
