Fried Rice With Extra Vegetable- Vegetarian Meals

- Four tablespoons of safflower or avocado oil
- One finely chopped white onion
- Two finely chopped medium-sized carrots
- Any two additional veggies like broccoli, cabbage, or any other vegetables.
- One tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Two cups cooked brown rice
- One tablespoon soy sauce
- Three green chopped onions
- Sriracha or chili garlic sauce
Instructions To Make
First of all, gather all the ingredients of the recipe and place it near the stove. Now take empty bowl for the veggies. Place the empty pan on the stove and heat it. Now, add two tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add onions and carrots to the pan and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add all the remaining vegetables and the salt. Then stir occasionally until the veggies become golden. Now, transfer all the contents of the pan to the bowl. Then add one remaining tablespoon of oil in the pan. Put the ginger, garlic and red flakes in it and stir it continuously. After that add rice and then cook for three to five minutes with occasional stirring. Then mix all the content along with the green onion. The dish is ready to serve. You can serve it with soy sauce.
Lemony Lentil Soup: Vegetarian Meals
It is a healthy and tasty recipe. You must try this vegetarian meal.
- One medium onion
- Two medium carrots, diced.
- One tablespoon olive oil
- Fives garlic cloves
- 6 cups of vegetables
- 1½ cup of rinsed red lentils
- Two tablespoons of ground cumin
- Curry powder
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Juice of a small lemon
- ⅔ Cup of whole kernel corn
Add oil in a large stockpot and heat it. Add onions and carrots and cook them until they become soft. Then add garlic and occasionally stir until it becomes fragrant. Combine vegetables, lentils, corn, curry powder, cumin with continuous stirring. Then cook for 15 minutes with occasional stirring until the lentils become soft. Now, put it into a blender and make a puree. Return the pureed soup into the pot and combine lemon juice and stir it. Add the black pepper and sea salt according to the taste. The soup is now ready.
