¼ cup + two teaspoons are full of soy milk.

Half teaspoon apple cider vinegar.

Half teaspoon coconut vinegar.

½ cup + 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon of refined coconut oil.

Also, you will need 1 teaspoon of liquid soy lecithin.

Lastly, you are required to have ¼ + ⅕ teaspoon salt.

Now let’s move to the next part of the process, which is making the butter. 

First, you need to curdle the soy milk with salt, coconut vinegar, apple cider vinegar. Once the whisk is done, let it sit for 10 minutes.
