  • One pinch of nutmeg
  • One tsp. of salt
  • One tbsp. of parsley.

Instructions

Step- 1: Take a pan; heat the oil over a medium flame. Then again, add onions and sauté it until onions change into brown.

Step- 2: Now, add garlic, cinnamon, and paprika. Cook for a few minutes and add tomatoes, lentils, and yeast extract. Cook it on a low flame. Ensure to cover it. These two steps are for the preparation of lentils.

Step- 3: Now, prepare eggplants. Take a pan; add eggplants and olive oil. Cook it for five minutes or until the grill marks appear on the eggplant.

Step- 1: Initially, cut the tortillas into halves and preheat the oven. Now, place tortillas on baking pan or tray and pour some olive oil. Bake it for ten minutes or until the tortillas change into golden orange.
