Veg Manchurian Frankie:
Here is a veg recipe method step by step. Take a mixing bowl to add finely chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, onion. To the veggies add ginger and garlic paste, chopped green chili, salt, and pepper as per your taste and soy sauce. Combine everything and add a half cup of cornflour and mix. Make small rounds out of it, and deep fry it. Keep it aside.
Now take another pan and add oil to it. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chili to it and sauté for 1 minute. Add sliced cabbage, capsicum, onions stir and cook for a minute. Now add salt, pepper, soy sauce, red chili sauce, schezwan sauce, ketchup stir, and cook on high flame for a minute. Now add the deep-fried Manchurian balls. Give a gentle stir and turn off the flame.
Now make a dough of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt in it. Let it rest for a while. Shape into small roundel and make a chapati out of it. On a pan cook the chapati applying butter on both the sides. Take it off from the heat and sprinkle some Frankie masala and place the Manchurian mix on the roti and roll it. Firstly boil the mushrooms cutting it into half, with turmeric and salt. Let it boil for a good 10 minutes. Now drain the water from mushrooms and heat a pan. Add oil and add bay leaves, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, clove, and dry red chili. Let the masala crackle and then add sliced onions, cook until translucent. Now add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute and add a paste made of onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Add all dry spices that are turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Stir and add the boiled mushrooms, add little water and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes. Add some garam masala and cook until the oil separates. Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves and have it with hot paratha.
This is a healthy and tasty dish, which is stomach filling. Firstly take a muslin cloth and put the shredded carrot, onions, radish and add a pinch of salt to it. Now remove out the moisture from the veggies by squeezing it. Put the vegetables in another mixing bowl and further add grated cauliflower and boiled potatoes and add amchur powder, ajwain powder, coriander, red chili powder, and freshly chopped mint and coriander leaves. Add salt as per taste at the end and mix properly. Now kneed wheat flour with some salt and make a semi-soft dough out of it. Let it for a few minutes.
Now make small rounds and roll-out the dough with your hands keeping the center thin and sides thick. After that in the middle of the rolled dough place the right amount of vegetable mix and seal it. Now gently roll out the dough into a paratha applying pressure. Heat a pan and cook the paratha from both the sides applying ghee. Take it off when the paratha is brown and crisp. Serve hot.
