Vegetables are very healthy for the human meal, so humans take a lot of vegetables in their meals. When people eat meat and animal flesh, it takes a long time to digest. When people cook a vegetable, they do not add much species, but when people cook animal flesh, they add too much of species to make it taste luscious. Humans eat three meals in a day that is breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the middle of all these meal people have soups and snacks. There should be enough gap between your meals; otherwise, it will affect your digestion. People have many health problems because of lousy metabolism and overeating. Like doing things in routine keeps life in a method in the same way eating in a routine will keep your body healthy. Spinach Curry Vegetable Recipes

Get two bunch of fresh green spinach. Washing the spinach properly so that there is no dirt in the spinach. Chop the leaves in big size because if you chop it in small size, it will get overcooked in very less time. Take a pan and put it on the stove. Now, add half spoon of oil to the pan and allow it to heat. After the pan is hot, add the spinach and sprinkle some salt. Close the lid of the container and let it cook for five minutes.  After five minutes, open the cover and add a pinch of pepper powder. Add half a cup of water and mix it well. Switch off the flame and add some chop mint leaves to your curry. You can have curry with cooked rice or bread.

Mash Potatoes

Take five potatoes and wash is properly in normal temperature water.  Put the potatoes in a boiler and add water to the equal level of the vegetables. Sprinkle some salt to the potatoes and close the lid. Leave it for ten minutes to boil and open the cover when it is done. Peel out the potatoes and add lemon juice along with red chili powder. Add some chop mint leaves and crush a burnt red chili and mash the potatoes and mix everything. You can eat it with bread and rice along with some snacks. Nobody has so much time that they can spend two to three hours in the kitchen for cooking. Everybody wants to cook easy and fast tasty food.
